Main Features

 

Modular desigh for minimizing the vibration transmission to ensure a highest slitting precisiong and high-speed operation.

Slitting unit: top disc knives of pneumatic loading and bottom knives driven by imported external rotor motors, to achieve the highprecision slitting with an easy operation.

Winding drums: consisting of a front winding drum and rear winding drum, which are designed with different mass to minimize equipment resonance effectively.

Core loading: with an automatic feeding device for paper cores and vacuum designing on the rear winding drum, to ensure a reliable and quick set change.

Control system: with Siemens PLC, touch screen and imported frequency converters used for drive section. DC bus design applied for the control systemtoperform a stable and economical operation.

The system is of a remote diagnostic function to realize the network remote monitoring by means of accessing the remote diagnostic interface or WIFI on site.

A paper machine is a collective term for a complete set of equipment that forms a paper web for pulp, including a main unit such as a pulp box, a mesh unit, a pressing unit, a drying unit, a calendering machine, a paper rolling machine, and a transmission unit, as well as auxiliary systems such as steam, water, vacuum, lubrication, and heat recovery.

A machine that produces paper by dewatering the pulp water suspension that meets the requirements of papermaking through a filter, mechanical extrusion dewatering, and drying processes. The paper machine consists of three main parts: forming, pressing, and drying, which complete the above process. It is equipped with necessary finishing, coiling, and transmission devices, as well as auxiliary systems such as pulp supply, pulp and white water circulation, vacuum, ventilation and exhaust, paper loss treatment and lubrication, and self-control.
