Working principle is shown as below:

　　■ 弧形辊主要由一根固定的弧形轴及安装在其上的一组可以旋转的辊筒构成。通过辊筒的旋转使纸幅或薄膜等材料舒展，消除褶皱。　　主要用于纸、薄膜、纺织品等类似产品的加工设备上，其舒展原理如下图所示：　　■ 根据卷材材质的不同，其包角一般在10到100度之间，如下图所示：　　■ 安装时应保证弧形辊与材料运行方向垂直。如下图所示：为了达到良好的展平效果，弧形辊与其后面的导辊之间的距离B为弧形辊　　直径A的2至3倍，弧形辊与其前面的导辊之间的距离C为B的2倍。
