Recently, Shandong Huatai Paper PM9 paper machine upgrading project successfully started and put into production smoothly! The width of the machine roll paper is 6100mm, and the design speed is 1200 m/min.

Big Finger Equipment for the ProjectIntegra®-A package of projects such as Sizer film transfer sizing machine, feeding station system, glue preparation system, drying department renovation, cordless paper guiding system, automatic water needle paper guiding cutting system, paper loss system and lubrication system have been successfully applied.。Effectively reduce the energy consumption of the machine, improve operating efficiency, and help the production line to produce high-quality products.

This project is the fourth successful application of key equipment and engineering services of big finger equipment paper machine in huatai group after the successful delivery of Anqing huatai drying department optimization renovation project, Rizhao huatai film transfer gluing section project and huatai Qinghe PM2 energy saving and quality upgrading technical renovation project (film transfer gluing machine & double pressure zone controllable medium and high soft calender), marking a new height of cooperation between the two sides.
