Recently, with the active cooperation and joint efforts of Longkou Yulong Paper technicians and DaiFinger equipment engineers, the centralized preparation system for coating accessories undertaken by our company has been successfully debugged and put into operation. The product use effect and DaiFinger service capability have once again been well received by users.

The purpose of this technological transformation is to change the scattered ingredients in the workshop to the centralized ingredients in the whole plant, improve the degree of automation, stabilize the quality of coating accessories, improve efficiency and reduce labor.

The original coating auxiliary material preparation system separately configured by each workshop will be abolished, and a brand-new centralized preparation system (including surface glue preparation, cationic starch preparation, filler preparation, etc.) will be jointly designed by Dagi Company and users, and DCS control system will be configured to realize advanced formula management and automatic addition of coating auxiliary materials in each workshop, thus meeting the production needs of several existing paper machines and reserving space for subsequent increase of preparation capacity.
