Guilin Qifeng Paper Special Paper Machine Coating Finishing Project in Orderly Installation

On May 10, 2016, Guilin Qifeng Paper signed a project cooperation agreement with our company on the turnkey project of 2640mm/500 m/min special paper machine coating and finishing equipment. Installation work on this project began in early November.

According to the customer's request, the project is in the process of intense and orderly installation. Our company has completed the loading and delivery of the film transfer sizing equipment and the dryer of the post-drying department, which have arrived at the site and are in urgent need of installation. The civil works have been completed. The post-drying rack and dryer are already in place; the original winder is also removed and moved to a suitable location.

At the same time, the big finger equipment workshop production work is also in full swing. The tensioner, calender and other equipment standing in the big finger workshop are also about to be assembled, and they are always ready to go to the installation site of Guilin Qifeng 2640 paper machine.

This cooperation is another general contracting project after the turnkey project of 2640mm/500 m/min special paper machine project. Our company will provide this project with equipment including film transfer and gluing section (including film transfer and gluing machine, air steering gear, hot air drying oven, glue preparation and feeding system), new post-drying section, controllable medium and high soft calender, electrical automation transformation, new auxiliary equipment, auxiliary material system and design, installation and commissioning services.

Under the current severe market situation, the signing and implementation of the project will enhance our comprehensive competitiveness in the transformation of the whole machine, and it is also a strong witness to our ability in engineering design, system integration and equipment upgrading services.
