Recently, Zhengye International Holdings Co., Ltd. and Big Finger Equipment have reached a consensus on cooperation after many inspections, interactions and consultations. According to the contract, Big Finger Equipment will provide two sets of Integra for its two production bases (Zhongshan United Hongxing Paper Co., Ltd. & Zhongshan Yongfa Paper Co., Ltd.)®-Jet Hydraulic headbox, two sets of Integra®-Sizer film transfer sizing machine and ancillary equipment. This transformation is an active adjustment made by Zhengye International to cope with industrial changes and improve product quality and enterprise market competitiveness. New Integra®-Jet hydraulic headbox will replace its original semi-hydraulic headbox, improve banner quantitative deviation, optimize paper web formation, and reduce production failures caused by rotting pulp problems; Integra®-The application of Sizer film transfer sizing machine will also greatly reduce energy consumption, reduce paper breaks, and improve the operating efficiency of the paper machine, especially for the production of low-weight and high-strength corrugated paper.
