PM2 of Hengshan Xinjinlong Paper was a multi-cylinder machine to produce simple core board, which barely has any advantage in surviving the market competition with high energy consumption, low efficiency, and high cost. After numerous communication and market analysisbetween senior leadership from Xinjinlong Paper and technicians of Dazhi, determination was made to rebuild the existing multi-cylinderbobbin machine into a fourdrinier special board Machine of good energy efficiency.

Following our star product Integra®-After Sizer Film Transfer Sizing Machine successfully signed a contract with Rongsheng Environmental Protection Online, another star product Integra®-Calenderhardcalender controllable medium and high hard calender also won the favor of Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Industry again and successfully completed the online contract. The product will serve in its PM4 gypsum face paper production line, with a net paper width of 3950mm and a design speed of 950 m/min.

On November 17, 2019, Hubei Shanda Paper's annual output of 200000 tons of A- class high-strength corrugated paper project (PM3) was successfully put into operation. The production line mainly produces 90-140 grams of high-strength corrugated paper with a width of 5300mm and a design speed of 750 m/min. On November 8, 2019, firecrackers roared in the factory area of Henan Guangyuan Paper Co., Ltd. under the joint witness of leaders at all levels, departments, workshops and other relevant personnel, the first phase of its annual output of 100,000 tons of high-grade special paper project NEWPM1 was successfully started and put into operation, and the paper quality achieved the expected effect. The machine has a design speed of 650 m/min and can produce 50000 tons of high-grade special paper every year. The successful operation of this project has enriched the product categories of Guangyuan Paper, comprehensively improved the company's core competitiveness, and provided the company with a broader development prospect. Big finger equipment this time to undertake from engineering design, equipment integration to installation, commissioning of all projects.
