On January 9, 2015, a set of release paper coating production machine signed by Big Finger Equipment Company and Foshan Xinfei Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd. was installed and successfully tested at one time. At present, the coating machine is running well. The successful development of this set of release paper high-speed coating machine for sanitary materials once again proves that the innovation of the big finger has never stopped. This set of coater is mainly composed of a double-station automatic paper receiving and winding device, a combined scraper coating head, a silicone oil coating head, a hot air drying system, a four-roll wetting device and an electrical control system. The speed can reach 450 m/min, breaking through the bottleneck of the current domestic release paper coater speed of 200 m/min to 300 m/min. In terms of technology, the main factors restricting the speed increase are the control of the coating layer and silicone oil layer, the drying technology and method, and the form control of the paper sheet. For this reason, our company has successfully ensured the high-speed, smooth and smooth operation of the release paper production line through continuous improvement and perfection according to the production process characteristics of the release paper coating machine.
