Dazhi to supply 3 sets of Integra®-Sizer film size presses to Golden Phoenix Paper

On May 9, 2020, Dazhi signed with Golden Phoenix Paper (Xiaogan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Golden phoenix paper) again on providing 3 sets of Integra®-Sizer, which are used to service the technical renovation project of its 3 fluting paper lines. This is the second cooperation after the previous successful projects there of 5 sets of Integra®-Sizer film size presses last year. According to these 2 contracts,  Golden Phoenix paper will have total 8 sets of Integra®-Sizer film size presses running in their different bases. It is worth mentioning that the date Dazhi signed the contract with Golden Phoenix this year is the same day as that of last year, both on May 9. It is the trust, the fate, and even the further enhancement of the sincere cooperation between Dazhi and Golden Phoenix paper. The cooperation is growing on the faith and mutual benefit for a long term win-win situation. Dazhi treat each partner with sincere and responsible manner to provide better and more efficient products and services.

Recently, in the same competition with a number of European brand equipment, our company Integra®-Jet hydraulic dilution water headbox once again stood out and won the order for PM2 headbox renovation project of Henan Tianbang Technology Co., Ltd. According to the order, the big finger equipment will provide Integra®-Jet hydraulic diluted water headbox replaces its original VOITH headbox to meet the requirements of higher speed operation of the machine and improve production capacity and product quality. Equipment design width 3950mm, speed 1000 m/min, mainly used for the production of cultural paper.

Dazhi to deliver another Integra®- Calender to Qiangwei Paper

PM2 of Hengshan Xinjinlong Paper was a multi-cylinder machine to produce simple core board, which barely has any advantage in surviving the market competition with high energy consumption, low efficiency, and high cost. After numerous communication and market analysisbetween senior leadership from Xinjinlong Paper and technicians of Dazhi, determination was made to rebuild the existing multi-cylinderbobbin machine into a fourdrinier special board Machine of good energy efficiency.

Isolate the virus, not isolate love, the customer's trust in us has always been there. Following our star product Integra®-After Sizer Film Transfer Sizing Machine successfully signed a contract with Rongsheng Environmental Protection Online, another star product Integra®-Calenderhardcalender controllable medium and high hard calender also won the favor of Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Industry again and successfully completed the online contract. The product will serve in its PM4 gypsum face paper production line, with a net paper width of 3950mm and a design speed of 950 m/min.

Welcome to 2020 a new starting point and a new journey. The first order of Big Finger Equipment was successfully put into operation in the first year. It came from Anhui Xiao County Linping Paper Co., Ltd. and was Integra by our company.®-Sizer film transfer sizing machine and ancillary equipment have been successfully put into production recently, and the paper quality has met customer expectations and won unanimous praise.
